Pets – According to the concept of our hotel pets are not allowed.

Children and Extra Bed Policy – All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using
existing beds. Children between 3-6 can sleep with their parents. Children who are above 6 could stay in connected
room next to their parents room. The maximum number of baby cot for children in a room is 1.

Visitors - You can meet guests visiting you in lobby on the 1 st floor of the hotel. Please contact employees at reception if a guest wants to benefit from services of the hotel. Your guests can use all services provided in the hotel with payment. Access of visitors to rooms is prohibited.

Internet – WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Deposit Policy – No deposit will be charged.

Cancellation Policy – If cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

Meal options – Breakfast is included in the room rate.
